Fundamental terror,..really?

I wasn’t going to write about this but I really feel compelled to write about the massacre that occurred yesterday in Norway. I believe this was a turning point in the events leading up to the final end time events as described in the Bible. This morning when I first read the news about the attack I was surprised to see already that the attacker was pegged as a ‘right-wing’, ‘anti-Muslim’, gun club member. It seemed odd to me that they already had that kind of information about the man and that it was the first thing they wanted to say about him. I could already tell that this attack was going to be used politically to begin targeting and singling out certain types of people in society. I mean it wasn’t hours after the tragic deaths of over 80 young people and the topic they want to print in the news is the political and philosophical views of the killer? I knew as soon as I made the connection that it wasn’t going to be more than a day or so and they would peg the guy as a ‘Christian’ and of course we all know that ‘right wing’, ‘anti-Muslim’(this label is for anyone that is against Islamic agenda), gun owning, Christians are prone to be mass murdering terrorists.

Sure enough, a couple of hours after I first read the article I typed in a search for ‘Fundamentalist Christian’,…The Norway incident was the first topic on the Yahoo search engine. And of course there was the Article, ‘Norway suspect Fundamentalist christian’. This is a sign of the times folks, things are speeding up. In Nazi Germany the persecution of the Jews began with the German Government identifying the Jews as a problematic people. In our times it will be ‘Fundamentalist Christians’ who are identified as the problem. Why ‘Fundamentalist’? Because they will want to exclude from persecution all the ‘trendy Christians’ who are at peace with the New World Order and the New World Religion. In fact those kinds of Christians will want to promote and be a part of an all inclusive New World Religion, a religion that says there are many paths to God and that Jesus is only one of the many ways, you know, because they are so loving and peaceful. But the Fundamentalist,…eeeewwww, those are the evil Christians that believe Jesus is the Truth the Life, and the Way and that no one comes to the Father(God) except by Jesus. Fundamentalist believe that the Bible is literally true, and that the Word of God is to be believed as it is written. Why Fundamentalists are ‘extreme’. You know, those Christians who believe that their relationship with God and their loyalty to Gods Word comes first and foremost over and above any other loyalty including that persons loyalty to their Government. Yep those guys are going to be a problem for the anti-christ because they will expose all of his evil stuff as long as they are given a voice or a pen(or a computer). So they will have to be silenced. The Bible says that in the last days the beast will make war with the saints and overcome them.

It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him. All who dwell on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slain. If anyone has an ear, let him hear. If anyone is destined for captivity, to captivity he goes; if anyone kills with the sword, with the sword he must be killed. Here is the perseverance and the faith of the saints. Revelation 13:7-10

The Bible also says.

And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death. Revelation 12:11

So which is it? Do we overcome him or does he overcome us? Well…How did it look when Jesus overcame the devil? Did it look like winning to the natural eye? We now know about the resurrection and all the hope and promise that came out of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus,..but,…did it look like winning while He was on the cross?

Take a look at this verse.

When the Lamb broke the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained; and they cried out with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, will You refrain from judging and avenging our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” And there was given to each of them a white robe; and they were told that they should rest for a little while longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brethren who were to be killed even as they had been, would be completed also. Revelation 6:9-11

So who are these ‘fellow servants’ who had to be added to the number of the saints that had already been martyred? These are identified as ones who like their brethren had been slain because of the testimony of God. But we need to remember the Bible also says,…

Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “These who are clothed in the white robes, who are they, and where have they come from?” I said to him, “My lord, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. For this reason, they are before the throne of God; and they serve Him day and night in His temple; and He who sits on the throne will spread His tabernacle over them. They will hunger no longer, nor thirst anymore; nor will the sun beat down on them, nor any heat; for the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd, and will guide them to springs of the water of life; and God will wipe every tear from their eyes.” Revelation 7:13-17

This is the victory!

I didn’t want to let the day go by without saying that another veil has been broken and a new day has dawned and the end times are coming at a high rate of speed. I have just a couple of questions for all of us. Is the testimony we maintain enough for us to be killed as a ‘radical fundamentalist’? Do we love our Earthly lives to much to obey the Word of God? Will we be able to say no to the mark of the beast(the chip) even though it means our life here on Earth is ruined? Do we preach a message, and believe the Word in a way that will eventually cause us to be marked for persecution and even death by the anti-christ and his Government?
Get ready it is a new day, time to put ALL of our faith in the Word of God and His promises.

Here are links to the articles concerning the massacre and the connections the media made between the actions of the killer and his ‘status’ as a right wing, anti-Muslim, gun owning, Fundamentalist Christian.

Right wing, anti-Muslim, gun club member…..  http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/world/suspect-in-norwegian-shootings-a-right-winger-with-anti-muslim-views/story-e6frev00-1226100491662

Fundamentalist Christian…….  http://news.smh.com.au/breaking-news-world/norway-suspect-fundamentalist-christian-20110724-1huqg.html

This makes a lot more sense. In the killers own words, but it also begs the question: what is the media trying to do here?…………    http://youtu.be/I_8IVS-x0E8

I picked up on that also. Obviously it’s a heinious act. On a side note, one of my FB friends was in Norway when this happened. She is a follower of the Bethel Church in Redding CA and their teaching. I think she graduated from their BSSM a year or so ago. She made the statement that Norway is called to greatness and “she” will rise above this. Do you know where this teaching comes from where you go around and declare that nations and people are called to greatness or destined to greatness?

    • To the best of my understanding it comes from the prophetic conference culture. Many of their ‘prophets’ will ‘prophecy’ by speaking ‘positive’ things over the thing that they are speaking about. They think that if they ‘bless’ something with a prophetic word then they are making a declaration and God will honor it. So basically their ‘prophecy’ isn’t a Word from God’s mouth instead it’s their own desire that they think God will honor because of their good intentions or loving heart. Again I think these people view God as needing to understand mercy and love better and they want to help. I think they view themselves like the dysfunctional family members of an alcoholic trying to hold back the wrath of an angry alcoholic Father who is out of control.
Also if you have ever heard any of their greatly admired ‘prophets’ like Kim Clement, they are constantly saying that National leaders or specific Nations are called to greatness or to great things, such as when Kim Clement declared that Barak Obama would become a great Christian leader and lead America into greatness before God and bringing the Gospel into all the other Nations.
Really I think the whole Redding culture has a huge problem with the Word of God and will probably never come into agreement with the book of Revelation, or Daniel, or any of the real Prophets because they are too ‘negative’ and ‘unloving’ in their eyes. I know I have seen articles and heard accounts that Don Potter, Rick Joyner, and Bob Jones have declared that the end times events don’t have to happen and that God’s judgements will be called off if we just pray and intercede enough,…of course making the Word of God nill and void,..which I guess is somehow love in their eyes.
But consider Revelation 18 concerning the great harlot Babylon(I will write an article on her in August). Look at what the Christians are called to do in response to her wickedness(verse 4) and look at how they are to respond to her destruction as the rest of the World weeps over her(verse 20).
Doesn’t sound like a declaration of greatness does it.

    • Remember Abraham pleading to God for mercy for Sodom and Gomorrah? God said He was going to teach Abraham something concerning His(God’s) righteousness. Abraham must not have viewed God’s righteousness as very significant so began pleading for the cities out of his own understanding of what was righteous. As if God had not considered these cities Himself through the eyes of His great mercy and love. We know there is no one more merciful, loving, and understanding as God is. but I am not sure Abraham understood this.
Well, God did Abraham a favor and spared Lot, Lot’s wife and his two daughters. But within three days Lots wife was a rebellious pillar of salt as she looked back at the city as it was being destroyed,..why? And Lot while drunk was conceiving two Nations with his own daughters who of course were deceiving him. Those two Nations would later rise up against the Nation of Israel.
So who was right,…Abraham or God? Of course this goes the other way too. As in the case of the Norway guy,…no one should ever carry out their own ‘judgement’ especially in a violent way( I don’t think this guy involved God in his rational..not sure). This is obviously anti-Christian. However I am saying that the Bible clearly states that there are going to be massive judgements coming from God Himself in the last days,…we are called to be excited by His coming and to be in expectation as we see the events unfold that God said would be a sign of His return.

Your article is very good and correct. May be soon this will happen.

Mark 13: 12 “Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child. Children will rebel against their parents and have them put to death. 13 Everyone will hate you because of me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.

We all need to watch and pray.

Mark 13: 35 “Therefore keep watch because you do not know when the owner of the house will come back—whether in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or at dawn. 36 If he comes suddenly, do not let him find you sleeping. 37 What I say to you, I say to everyone: ‘Watch!’”

Sadhu Sundar Selvaraj, prophet of God from India, runs Angel TV, (http://www.jesusministries.org/) dedicated for preaching the end times messages and to help people get ready for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He recently prophesied that , the pale horse that appeared in Egypt, roamed through countries in Africa and the Middle East and caused riots and revolutions. This pale horse will soon begin to roam in Europe, which will cause bloodshed and riots. The reflection of these events will appear in countries south of Europe.

My son sees in the Spirit in various ways. Twice since June 8 he has had a vision of the Dragon – It starts with the Dragon smiling, then he comes to the primitive peoples in Africa, South America and New Zealand/Australia and causes them to be devoured with fire. My son sees the flames, their anger, rage, wrath and destructive purpose. He also sees these fires devouring much growing fields of food, and also he noted to me the American cities of New York and Detroit. He hasn’t had a vision repeat like that before… he said the second time he saw it it came really really fast. I asked him if he felt fear when he saw it, but he said the “pictures” come to fast to feel anything when he sees it; but afterwards when he thought about what it may mean, he felt fear. It is too bad that the Enemy has been SO successful in wiping out the knowledge of Hell. I wonder if this came before or after he took down the notions of Good and Evil? Thank you for this chance to post. May the Lord protect you and keep you strong in your closets. May the Lord protect our “closets” in these times.
